I understand that this database of music is copyrighted by its owner and
creator, Melody Lane Entertainment, LLC. I agree to the following access
rules as a private member of this music web site.

1. I agree to keep the password combination completely private. I will not
forward it in email to others, I will not post it openly on any web site,
etc. I understand if I break this agreement that I will be subject to
dismissal and legal action.

2. I agree not to open, alter, or convert the custom, copyrighted MIDI file
sequences on this site to any new or different audio format, such as a new
MIDI file, MP3, WAV, etc.

3. I agree not to place the custom copyrighted MIDI file sequences on
floppy disc, CD, DVD, etc.

4. I agree that professional use of these files are prohibited. These files
are simply for enjoyment on the site itself. They are not to be taken and
used even for amateur, non-professional purposes. This is a sing along web
site. If a group would like to join each member of that group has to join
individually.

5. I agree not to post any of the files on this database, including the
MIDI files, on other web sites, due to copyright restrictions.

6. I agree to enjoy the site leisurely. Any attempt at mass download of the
entire database will be seen in the statistics for the web site, and result
in the password being changed immediately so that future access is denied;
an email is sent to the mass downloader informing them of their restriction
from this site in future. Bandwidth drain costs the site owner money and
will not be tolerated.

7. I agree to no refund of the one time registration fee once the password
combination has been mailed to me.

8. I understand that it is the member's responsibility to keep the web site
owner up to date with their latest email address for contact. 

The password combination is changed several times a year for security reasons and you
will need to agree to receive email contacts with the latest combination.
If three rejected emails are received on a deliquent email address your
name will be removed from the contact list and you will need to re-register
and re-pay a new fee.
